1 bottle of organic plain or vanilla Kefir

2 Omega-3 or organic, pasture raised eggs

1 small banana

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. organic vanilla extract

Combine all in a blender and blend a minute or two until frothy.  Absolutely a delicious and very satisfying breakfast "smoothie" loaded with omega 3 fats and probiotics. It's also a delicious healthy holiday eggnog alternative.

*Can also add 2 tsp. unprocessed cocoa and 1 tablespoon of any nut butter you like for a "peanut butter cup" twist on this breakfast nog!
