1 can solid white tuna (or canned wild salmon) drained
¼ of a medium onion chopped finely
1 stalk of celery chopped finely
1 avocado mashed
Juice of ½ lemon
Chili lime spice or Mrs. Dash Lemon-Pepper seasoning
Break up tuna in dish; add mashed avocado, lemon juice, onion, pepper and seasoning and combine well.
Serve on lettuce or in one whole grain wrap (for lunch). I eat it straight out of the bowl by itself - delicious and very filling!
